Dario Garcia-Aguilar
Fighting For a Secure Future For You & Your Family
About
Dario Garcia was born in Veracruz, Mexico, and moved to Dallas at a young age. Having been a recipient of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), he understands firsthand the uncertainty immigrants and their families face while building a life in the United States. His own experience inspired him to pursue a legal career dedicated to helping others navigate the immigration system.
Dario graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2022. He then attended the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025. Throughout law school, he interned at various immigration law firms, gaining firsthand experience that helped prepare him to represent clients as an attorney. In April 2026, he joined Christensen Immigration Attorneys.
For Dario, practicing immigration law is a deeply personal commitment. He is driven to help immigrants facing circumstances similar to his own, offering the understanding, guidance, and advocacy he knows can make a meaningful difference in their lives. He strives to ensure that each client feels heard, understands their options, and has a dedicated advocate working toward their future.
