With quality representation at affordable prices, we continue to make a complicated process feel simple.
The United States immigration system can seem confusing, overwhelming, and impenetrable. If you are looking to live and work in the country, you may not even know where to start. Many times, individuals and their families struggle to determine what immigration benefits they are eligible for, how they should go about applying, and how they need to communicate with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to obtain a successful outcome.
You do not need to go it alone. Our immigration attorneys at Christensen Immigration Attorneys have spent over a decade helping hundreds of families achieve their immigration dreams. Our team is experienced in handling a wide variety of cases, and we are committed to assisting you and your family on your journey.
One of our main goals at Christensen Immigration Attorneys is to help you understand the immigration process. When you first contact us, we will schedule an initial, low-cost consultation to review every detail of your case. This will include reviewing your goals, your present situation, and any immigration interactions you have had in the past.
Using this information, we can assemble a list of ways we can help you meet your goals. This will include an evaluation of what immigration benefits we believe that you and your family are eligible for. We can walk you through what the process for pursuing each benefit might look like, including any perceived costs, potential obstacles, and other pertinent factors that might shape our approach. Our lawyers will advise what we feel is the best strategy and be realistic with you about expectations and odds of success. The objective is to help you make an informed, confident decision about you and your family’s future.
Should you choose to move forward, our attorneys will be with you every step of the way. We can help you gather all of the necessary materials and documentation, assist you in the completion of your petition or application, and manage communications with USCIS. Our firm will work to move your case forward as effectively and efficiently as possible, and our team will be available for status updates and to answer any questions you might have throughout the process. We will vigorously advocate for your interests, leaving no stone unturned in fighting for your American dream.
We are committed to offering quality representation at affordable prices at our firm. Our team is more than happy to discuss all potential financial expectations when evaluating your case. We will never surprise you with hidden fees or costs.
“He just made us feel very positive about my mom's case. She just became resident thanks to him and his excellent team. I recommend them to anyone who has a case with immigration,”
Our founding attorney, Nathan Christensen, founded Christensen Immigration Attorneys in 2013 after working for several other prominent law firms. He became passionate about helping families with immigration problems after externing for a Mexican law firm in Guanajuato. Today, he is joined by key members that make up our firm’s accomplished team.
Together, we have helped over 1,000 families throughout the world with their immigration cases. We are committed to continuing to make a positive difference in immigrants’ lives.
We keep a map at our office where we add a pin per country for every case that we have had the opportunity to close. It is extraordinary to see where all of our clients have come from as they follow their American dream.
Our attorneys have experiencing assisting families across a wide range of immigration areas. No matter the size or complexity of your case, we are prepared to help.
Some of our most prominent immigration practice areas at Christensen Immigration Attorneys include:
- Family Immigration. Bringing families together is one of our firm’s top priorities. We are intimately familiar with the complex machinations of the U.S. family immigration system and can work to efficiently obtain immediate relative visas or family preference visas for your loved ones.
- Deportation Defense. When you or a loved one receives a Notice to Appear (NTA), you are likely being targeted for deportation and may even be detained in advance of a hearing. Our team is capable of aggressively fighting for your rights and exploring all modes of deportation relief.
- Naturalization. If you have a green card and wish to pursue U.S. citizenship, our team can guide you through each step of the process, including filing Form N-400 and preparing for the USCIS interview and exam.
- Religious Workers Visas. For those who are interested in coming to the United States as religious workers, we can help you determine if this type of visa is available for your situation.
- Asylum / Refugees. Those seeking asylum in the U.S. face stiff obstacles, and our team can assist in defending your rights and advocating for your interests.
